How to Use	Adults: Mix 1–2 sachets (5–10g) in half glass of cold water, 2–3 times daily. Drink an additional half glass of water afterward. Children (6–12): Mix 1 sachet (5g) in half glass of cold water, 1–2 times daily, then extra water afterward. (Or as directed by a doctor.)
